Destination: Joy
I put “JOY” into my Google maps and it said “Recalculating”.
You were flying down the highway, 60 mph with the windows down and the radio blasting. Life was good. You were busy, but you were surrounded by joy as you chased your passion.
Now, you have lost that spark and nothing seems to reignite that joy.
You have an idea of what your most joyful life looks like, but you can’t seem to get there - and the more things you try the fuzzier the destination looks.
You tried making a right turn at Albuquerque but somehow ended up in Wisconsin. So you tried a left turn and now you are in Kentucky. With every program and tactic you try, you are more busy and less happy. Your personal map to joy keeps saying “recalculating”, despite your best efforts.
That’s why I created my M.A.P. Method. A simple 3-step process to help you create your unique map back to joy.
We start with defining your joyful destination, and then create a personalized M.A.P. with the shortest path to your joy.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing what it takes to make your personal joy M.A.P. so that you can start to create your own path to happiness.
What you will learn:
